- Interference with services or disruption of services or servers or networks connected to the Website, or disobeying the terms, procedures and rules of use of said networks.
- Violation, with or without intention, of any local, national, European, international legislation and/or any rule that has legislative force and concerns and/or covers any aspect of the Website.
- Invasion in any way of the privacy and individual and social rights of other users/members (such as collecting and/or storing personal data of other users/members).
You understand and accept that you must evaluate and be responsible for any risk that your use of any content may involve, including any decision to rely on the correctness, completeness and/or usefulness of any content on the Website.

The use of the audio-visual material is permitted exclusively for private non-commercial non-professional use and in some cases only upon payment of the monetary consideration through a secure online banking environment as set out detail below.
In the event that computer, mobile phone or other applications are provided for downloading, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your personal non-professional, non – commercial use, provided that each such downloading shall imply acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms of Use. Force majeure: The Administrator will not be liable for any breach of obligations if it is impeded or hindered in the performance of its obligations for any reason beyond its reasonable control such as lightnings, fire, flood, extremely severe weather conditions, strikes, counter-strikes, labor disputes, force majeure, war conflicts, riots, political unrest, willful damage, failure of telecommunications or computer systems, compliance with any law, accident (or due to any damage caused by such events).

Counseling and Psychotherapy services through individual or group sessions (delivered either online or in person), are provided to the maximum degree of effectiveness but do not in any way replace existing medication from a psychiatrist or other drug treatment the client is on. It is also possible, when deemed necessary, to refer the client to a doctor-psychiatrist. The user of the above services should immediately from the first session report any previous or present organic health problem, previous or active existing drug treatment by a psychiatrist or previous psychotherapy as well as any history of hospitalization in a psychiatric institution. The data provided by users of Counseling and Psychotherapy services must be real, otherwise the treatment may have reduced results.
In case of online provision of Counseling or Psychotherapy Services, the security specifications of each specific medium are met and the customer’s privacy is fully respected individually, as is the case in every Session that takes place in the office. The price of the Sessions is deemed as fully accepted and any future claim of the right to return it or dispute it is expressly excluded. The parties reserve the right to terminate the cooperation for the future.
- In addition, more specifically in relation to the Audiovisual material – the Seminars – the Events
As part of the Website, additional paid or free Services may be provided, among which, the on line use of audio-visual material (video), participation in and attendance at seminars (online or in person) as well as the possibility of participation in and attendance at events (online or in person) (hereinafter referred to as the “Service” for short). As mentioned above, the above Service is a time-limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, personal right of access to the specific service of the Website for which the present Terms of Use and the Personal Data Protection Policy, which you will find here, apply.
Each Service corresponding to a specific market or even if it is a service provided free of charge, is provided to users for as long as the Administrator decides. Videos are provided as video stream and no option for uploading (downloading) is available. Even after the purchase or the free or paid use, the Administrator is not bound to maintain the Service (in whole or in part) or not to vary its form and content.
It is reiterated that the on line use of audio-visual material, participation in and watching audio-visual material, videos, seminars and events are in no way a substitute for individual psychotherapy and medication. The Administrator bears no responsibility for the use of the website in any way as well as for the way in which the user perceives its content. The information and contents of the Website and the Services offered are indicative and not binding. The Administrator does not encourage and is not responsible for any act or omission of the users / visitors in the context of the purchase or free use of the Website in whole or in part in any way.
Payment Methods
Payment by card
You can purchase Products/Services using any (credit, debit, prepaid etc.) card. Payment costs are borne by the Customer. For security reasons, no card details (credit, debit, prepaid etc.) are stored for future use, therefore you must re-enter your details each time the purchase is not completed for any reason or in case you wοuld like to participate in a new purchase. By entering the required card details, you expressly declare that you have the legal right to use the card.
The Administrator bears no responsibility in case of illegal use of cards. Providing card details indicates your consent to reserve the purchase amount and charge the card. In the event that the card transaction is rejected for any reason by the respective bank or the card network, for example reasons such as exceeding the credit limit or suspected fraud, then it is considered that the payment has not been made.
The Administrator reserves the right to refuse, for any reason, participation in the Service of a new or existing Customer.
Card transactions will be processed both through this Website and at the place where the respective Service is provided, using the services of the Online Payment Processing provider contracted by the Administrator.
The Administrator is not responsible for the failure to charge or reserve amounts by card in case of fault of the Online Payment Processing provider or the Internet Service provider (Internet Service Provider or ISP). In case of theft, loss or use of the card unknown to you for transactions through the Website by a third party, the Administrator shall not be held liable for any civil or criminal liability.

You can deposit the exact amount corresponding to the Service you want to a bank account. Payment costs are borne by the Customer.

Confidentiality of Transactions
As also mentioned above, the preservation of confidentiality is considered self-evident. All information transmitted by the user/subscriber is confidential and the Administrator has taken all the necessary measures so that it is used only to the extent, which is deemed necessary in the context of the services provided. Only authorized officers have access to your transaction information and only when necessary. The Administrator does not disclose the details of the users/subscribers of the website and their transactions, unless it has a written authorization from them or this is required by a court decision or a decision of another public authority. The user/subscriber may request any information held about them, as well as their correction in the event that an error can be proved. The user has, within the framework of telecommunications confidentiality legislation, the rights of information and objection provided for by the relevant legislative provisions.

Other General Provisions

The Administrator is entitled to exercise all the rights, powers, means and measures provided for herein or the law, cumulatively.
