Individual Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a personal  learningdialogue and communication process. It aims at the individual’s understanding their feelings, perceptions, beliefs, and values as well as at effectively dealing with the various difficulties that may arise and eventually trap them.

The pressures and transitions of life can often make us feel isolated and vulnerable. People come to individual counseling and psychotherapy to talk about different aspects of their lives and the difficulties they may encounter in resolving some of their problems. Psychotherapy and counseling provide a secure and powerful context for them to share their deepest thoughts and feelings without criticism, or reveal personal emotional secrets and experiences that may be difficult to discuss or admit. At the same time, the connection of stories and events of the past with current emotions, habits, stress and everyday events, gives them the opportunity to integrate the past into the present and to get to know themselves more deeply.

Through the interpersonal relationship with a qualified therapist, our goal is to help the person manage the problems they are facing more effectively, relieve the anxiety arising fromthem it and gradually improve their mental health by increasing their sense of personal well-being. Relationships are gradually rebuilt and communication improves with techniques that help increase awareness and the ability to self-observe, change behavior, develop insight and empathy.
