Sports Teams
Sports teams have certain characteristics that make them look like other teams but also different from them. Some of the characteristics that differentiate sports teams are the strict code of conduct due to dietary regulations, public demonstration of their work and the emotional and behavioral participation of spectators. The members themselves differ in their physical, social and psychological characteristics, evaluate their performance and diverge in their emotional state. As a result, for the effective functioning of these groups, certain conditions are required and certain principles are followed.
We work with the coach, each athlete individually and the team as a whole, during training, before the match and after it in order create a successful and effective team. Our approach aims to create clear roles within the team, shared leadership and the establishment of functional internal rules. By working with all members, we strengthen group discussions, mutual trust and cooperation, commitment to common goals and ultimately team bonding. Before and during the game we work on creating clear individual and group goals, on stress management, on improving concentration and attention, on enhancing self-dialogue in order to optimize performance. After the games, objective observation and feedback, result management and communication flow will play a crucial role in constructive accountability, teamwork and the speed at which the team will move forward effectively in the next round of training and competition.
